An Egg-citing Week in 6th Class
This week in 6th class we did a science experiment called “The Egg Drop”. We had to make a contraption out of different materials and had to drop them from a 20ft high window. Four of the eggs survived the other one was not so lucky. The contraption designs were both creative and original and protected the eggs very well. Also this week we had a very kind and creative woman come into our class and not only helped us but she thought us a very interesting technique in art, so we would like to say thank you to Angela. We also learned about the Normans and how the Irish Rebels attacked them. In geography we were given towns and cities and we had to find out the amount kilometres between them. For English we went into groups and wrote our own limericks, some were funny whilst others were scary but we enjoyed writing them.
