Cross Country Relay

Art and Crafts After School Activity

The after school activities are coming to an end and here is  a look at some of the lovely arts and crafts the children have been making.      Tea lights with battery operated candles.     Soft fabric toys made with craft fabric, googly eyes and pipe cleaners. Wriggly worms and beaded jewellery.

After School – Book Arts and Crafts is cancelled

Inspired by Van Gogh

This week we learned all about the famous artist Vincent Van Gogh. We really enjoyed looking at and discussing some of his paintings especially “Starry Night” and “Sunflowers”. We made our own versions of these paintings and tried out Van Gogh’s technique using oil pastels.

After school Activities Wednesday 26th

  There will be NO football or arts + crafts after school tomorrow Wednesday March 26th. This is due to teacher training after school. Instead the following will be the last three dates for after-school football and arts + crafts: Wednesday April 2nd Wednesday April 9th Wednesday April 30th (after Easter break)

Over the past few weeks we have been very lucky to have Angela working in our class. Today was Angela’s last day so we would like to say a big “thank you” to her for all her hard work teaching us and all the exciting lessons she did.
