Feel- good Friday

We really enjoyed all of the lovely activities during wellness week. On Mindful Monday we chose a secret friend for the week to be kind to. On Thankful Tuesday we wrote thank you postcards to people that help us. On Wellness Wednesday we made joy jars, and wrote down all of the things that bring us joy, from playing with our dogs to drawing pictures. On Triumphant Thursday we did a guided meditation. On Feel-good Friday we wrote about ‘What lifts us up?’ It was a really positive and uplifting week. We are looking forward to book week next week.
